This hunting lease is leased and not available. This Jackson County property for lease consists of 2 tracts equaling 70 acres. The first parcel is a 30-acre tract. It is all wooded with mature timber on it. This stretches to the top of the ridge where a field is located. Several oaks are present on this parcel and should make for a couple good setups. The 40-acre parcel is located 200 yards south. This parcel has a few fields that are cut for hay. The wooded area is a mix of hardwoods and some pines. Several good trails and old rubs were present during the inspection. The landowner does see deer and turkeys in the fields on a regular basis. Easy access with a road that runs to the top of the ridge by an old gas well.

Camping and ATV use would be acceptable for hunting purposes ONLY.

First year lease will end on July 1st 2022. Then one year from that date for renewals.
